Our story
From a seventeen-foot truck to a corner of Corona.
Maíz Cocina started in a food truck — a small kitchen with high standards. Every dish was made to order, every ingredient chosen with care. When the right space came along in Corona, the mission didn't change: serve Mexican cooking the way it deserves to be served.
Today, the dining room is a fuller expression of that same idea. The menu draws on regional Mexican traditions, elevated with premium ingredients and the technique that comes from years of cooking for people who pay attention.
