Maíz Cocina hosts private events of every scale — birthday dinners and anniversary celebrations, brunch parties with bottomless mimosas, corporate lunches and team dinners, holiday gatherings, and full restaurant buyouts for occasions that call for the whole space.
Our team works with you on a custom menu, beverage pairings, and the timing of the evening. The details — setup, service, flow — are handled so you can be present for the people you invited, not managing logistics from a corner of the room.
Groups of every size are welcome. For large parties and full buyouts, the earlier you reach out, the more we can do together.

The dining room at Green River Road seats intimate groups and larger celebrations alike. The bar is stocked for a full cocktail service. The patio extends the evening when the weather cooperates. And the kitchen — the same one that earned a loyal following on a food truck — is at its best when it has a reason to push.
